Shipping Methods

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

We do NOT ship to: UPS Access Points, FedEx Hold Locations, P.O. Boxes, Commercial Addresses, freight or package forwarding services, or Commercial Drop-off Centers. Orders placed with these addresses will be held, without refund processing, until a valid residential address is provided within 5 days of purchase.

By completing this purchase, you agree to provide a valid residential phone number, email, and shipping address confirmation from the cardholder

If we cannot verify your order, we reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refund the order at our discretion, and funds from cancelled orders will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Signature Confirmation

Orders exceeding $199 will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the package at the delivery address.

Signature confirmation will be added at our discretion for high-value orders to establish proof of delivery.
Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you, and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 7 – 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Address Discrepancies

If the shipping address on your order does not match the billing address on file with your payment method, your order may be held for additional verification. This is to protect both the customer and our business from unauthorized transactions.
Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously. Orders that exhibit inconsistent or unverifiable customer information may be cancelled and refunded without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:
