WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Per our store policy, ultraZwell is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the postal service and marked as delivered. Because we have verified that the item left our hands and arrived at your location, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement. If you suspect the package was stolen from your property after delivery, we highly recommend filing a carrier claim or a police report for mail theft.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order is shipped 2 days after you order it. Most likely you will get your package before 5 business days, barring any shipping delays. We pride ourselves on getting your order out quickly & efficiently. Our free shipping is US Post Office and it is sent via USPS Ground.

WHAT IS CBD OIL?

CBD (or cannabidiol) is a natural cannabinoid compound found in hemp plants & has been used by mankind for thousands of years. No marijuana has ever been used to make Zilis UltraCell CBD or CBG oil.

IS ZILIS UltraCell CBD & CBG OIL LEGAL?
