ultra Zwell is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the postal service and marked as delivered. Because we have verified that the item left our hands and arrived at your location, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement. If you suspect the package was stolen from your property after delivery, we highly recommend filing a carrier claim or a police report for mail theft.
