Refund Policy
Damage, Loss, and Transit Responsibility
- Once your order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for any damage during transit transfers to the shipper. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen after they have left our possession.
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- File a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) using your tracking number
- Most carriers allow claims to be filed online within 60 days of the ship date
- We will provide any supporting documentation you need (tracking number, proof of value, photos of original packaging) to assist with your claim

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Â
To be eligible for consideration, the following conditions must be met:
For Unshipped Orders:
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a refund is possible and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- A cancellation/refund may be requested by replying to your order confirmation email and we must be contacted by text at 412-353-3390.

For Shipped Orders / Buyer-Initiated Refunds
- The item must be unopened, sealed, & in its original outer and inner packaging.
- The buyer must initiate a written request within 7 days of delivery. We keep $14.99 for return shipping costs.
- Products must be shipped within 5 days of the email issuing the return label
- To request a refund, contact us at ultraZwell@ultraZwell.com by email with:
- Your name, order number, and the reason for the refund request.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used consumable products (CBD oils, topicals, supplements)
- Items damaged in shipping
Processing time
- Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days of approval
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor once the refund has been issued on our end
Out-of-Stock and Cancelled Orders
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory shortages or any other reason on our end, you will receive a full refund automatically — no action required from you. You will be notified by email with:
- The reason for cancellation
- The exact refund amount
- The expected processing timeline
Order Modifications and Duplicate Orders
- If you place multiple orders for the same item within a short timeframe, we reserve the right to consolidate, modify, or cancel duplicate orders at our discretion.Â
- If cancelled, a full refund will be issued for the affected order(s).
Merchant-Initiated Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel an order at any time prior to shipment if:
- The order fails our verification process
- Billing information cannot be confirmed with the card-issuing bank
- The shipping address is unverifiable or inconsistent with the billing information on file
- We suspect the order may be unauthorized, fraudulent, or placed using compromised payment information
- The order violates our terms of service
- In such cases, you will receive an email notification and a full refund to your original payment method.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly by email at ultraZwell@ultraZwell.com or by text at 412-353-3390, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.
- If you have already received a refund from us and subsequently file a chargeback for the same transaction, this constitutes duplicate recovery and may be treated as fraud
- We retain detailed records, photographs of all transactions, refunds, communications, and shipping confirmations
- In the event of a disputed chargeback, we will submit all available evidence — including proof of refund, delivery confirmation, and order correspondence — to our payment processor and the card-issuing bank
- Filing a chargeback after a refund has been issued does not entitle you to additional compensation
